Discover soon our training plans to prepare for your 11th edition event. Concocted by us, it will soon be time to get back in the saddle and warm up the calves. Still a little patience !
The number of sessions and weeks will be adapted to each event: Discovery, Olympic Distance, DO750, Long Distance and finally Full Distance. You can find your training week every Saturday morning until the day of your competition.
The aim is to emphasize technique through various educational exercises. Good technique and consistency are therefore essential in the quest for performance!
Here is the information you should not miss for your training plan:
– Full Distance: 12 week training plan with a start scheduled for Saturday March 26th
– Long Distance – Lepape : 11 week training plan with a start scheduled for Saturday April 2nd
– Discovery – Département du Calvados : 4 week training plan with a start scheduled for Saturday May 21
