ACCESS TO THE SITE

To come to the triathlon site, the address is:  Rue de la mer – 14800 DEAUVILLE.

ACCESS ON FOOT

We recommend that you access the site via Rue Sem located between the Olympic swimming pool and the CID. Alternatively, you can reach the site via Les Planches, Boulevard de la Mer, and Avenue Lucien Barrière.

HOW TO GET TO DEAUVILLE?

Just 2 hours from Paris, Deauville is a city that is very well served from a national and international point of view. Many facilities are available which will allow you to come by plane, train, car and even boat.

BY CAR

By road, Deauville is located 195 km from Paris. From Paris, we recommend taking the A13 motorway which reaches Deauville in 2h05.

BY TRAIN

Every day, 9 to 10 trains run between Paris Saint Lazare and Deauville – Trouville. This journey takes about 2 hours. Deauville train station is located 200 meters from the city center and 600 meters from the triathlon village. To complete your trip and transport your belongings, there are several taxi agencies around Deauville

PLEASE NOTE : Access to trains with bicycles from and to Paris within our regional perimeter requires a compulsory reservation and is authorized within the limit of available places (4 maximum).

Bicycles in covers (90x130x60) are considered as luggage and allowed on board without conditions (remember to label your bike). Access to the train may be refused by the cabin crew to passengers with bicycles if this represents a risk to on-board security and overcrowding for passengers.

BY BOAT

Deauville is located near two port cities, Ouistreham and Le Havre.

Concerning the port of Ouistreham (60 km from Deauville), numerous daily connections with Great Britain are made, the crossing from Portsmouth to Ouistreham takes around 6 hours.
